Why I build what I build. How I decide what's worth building.

Infrastructure first, always

Apps are ephemeral. Infrastructure compounds. If what I build doesn't make someone else's product easier to build, it's probably not worth building.

Leverage over headcount

5 engineers with the right tools beat 200 without them. I optimize for systems that multiply capability, not for adding humans to the equation.

Trajectory over income

The right bet compounding for 10 years beats the safe bet for 1 year. I'm building for where the curve goes, not where it is today.

India is the hardest geocoding problem on Earth

1.4 billion people. 22 official languages. Addresses that don't exist. Solving India's spatial layer is a once-in-a-generation problem. I'm here for it.

Privacy is architecture, not policy

Local LLMs. Edge computing. Data that stays on device. Privacy should be in the code, not the terms of service.

Inevitability over attention

I don't build for viral moments. I build things so obviously right that adoption becomes mathematically inevitable. The best products don't need marketing.
